Our Clinic
We provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you can explore your mental and emotional wellbeing.
The space
Our office is thoughtfully designed to offer warmth and comfort, with soft lighting, calming colors, and cozy furniture that promotes relaxation and connection.
Most clients will sit on a couch facing their psychologist, but you’re welcome to sit/stand anywhere in the office that suits you.
You are not expected or required to make eye contact during your appointment. You are invited to unmask any tics or stims.
The space is light and bright, but if you prefer a dimmer environment this can be adjusted.
Water, hand sanitiser and masks are available for clients. You’re welcome to ask your psychologist to wear a mask - they’d be happy to oblige.
Support people and children are welcome to attend appointments, provided they are not disruptive to the session.
Telehealth appointments are also available via Microsoft Teams - let us know if you’d prefer this option.
Toilets are available in the centre complex. They are gendered, but you’re welcome to use whichever one you would like. Each contains a single stall and are low use.
Getting here
Our practice has plenty of car parking, with the closest parking between the BWS and child care centre.
There are several bus stops located nearby, with the practice accessible on 115, 512 and 513 bus routes.
The surrounding area and practice itself are wheelchair accessible.
When you arrive
We don’t have a reception area in our space, so you’ll be asked to wait outside the office before your appointment. Take a seat, and your psychologist will bring your inside when ready.
